Administrative & Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing orders, providing information concerning changes and shipping.
• Interacting with customers, providing information about products, accounts and services.
• Assist with checking incoming and outgoing goods
• Filling documentation and provide administrative support to the company.
Requirements:
• Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode.
• Good decision-making, communication, and IT skills.
• Interest in helping and working with customers.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
We are located in Toh Guan Road East; operating on a 5-day work week.
